PERSONAL ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Have you ever had to prepare your CEO for interstate travels, booked his meetings all over the country, then come back to the office to discuss strategy for his latest business venture? Fast-paced, Exciting, Creative and Innovative; this job is an incredible mix of being a PA, EA and getting involved in the running of multiple companies. And it just became available!

You will be working in a new location as a fresh, energetic and open minded PA/EA. Your job on a day to day basis involves working closely with Chris; our CEO, who is eccentric, driven, and always on the go.

You will need to be full of energy and have an eagerness to complete any task or project within a given timeframe, but that’s ok because working to tight deadlines is something you thrive on!

Your job involves working alongside many different departments. You will work with Marketing, Accounts, Sales and of course the CEO. You will be extremely adept at building relationships quickly with new and existing team members, and also external clients. You will be able to smoothly transition into this role and nurture these same relationships.

It’s not all work, we are in fact a very social bunch. Work functions, lunches and after-hour drinks are what keeps us close and gives us that work life balance, as well as fantastic working hours. And how about this to top it off, you will even have your very own Assistant!

Does this sound like you so far?

As a PA/EA, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Organising the team & directors
  • Working closely with directors’ schedules and requirements
  • Working closely with our office receptionist
  • Deliver timely and accurate information/updates to executives & team members
  • Manage office maintenance duties, ensuring all tasks have been carried out efficiently
  • Prepare, arrange meetings, functions for the team and directors
  • Take ownership of the role and aim to resolve any issues that may arise proficiently and proactively by tailoring solutions to suit our office environment and situation
  • Carry out duties & responsibilities in the Personnel, Communications, Inspections and Reports departments
  • Training new and existing team members with any new procedures and structures within the office
  • Manage and maintain company security

RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for motivated individuals who not only have a pleasant personality but can actively engage with customers in a professional manner.

This opportunity offers a vibrant work environment where all your efforts are recognised with on-going provision of support and development.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding general enquiries about our products and services.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their enquiry.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and proactively tailor solutions based on the customer’s needs.
  • Contribute to the overall performance and growth of the team.
  • Support operational functions of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative & Communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working within a team environment.

EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER

Do you have strong accounts payable, accounts receivable and administration experience? Love working in a fast paced environment using your excellent MYOB and multi-tasking skills? Then you may just be the ideal candidate to work in our Head Office.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • EOM financial reporting
  • Experience in multi-company group & reporting
  • Credit card & petty cash reconciliation
  • BAS & PAYG submissions
  • Invoice processing
  • Accounts reporting
  • Superannuation & payroll management
  • Bank reconciliations/ general ledger
  • Basic Administration

Some key attributes you will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal
  • Full rights to work in Australia – full Australian residency status preferred
  • Experience in MYOB AccountRight Bank feeds using live files (Version 2017.2)
  • Have strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
  • Possess a can-do attitude
  • Be able to multitask
  • An enthusiastic & hard working approach to your work
